For our customer-care SMS program, Scalebound Marketing Solutions does not use third-party lead generation. We only send customer-care SMS to users who contact us directly through our own website forms and voluntarily provide their information and SMS consent through our published opt-in flow. We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or obtain consumer leads from third parties for SMS purposes.
